Orders and Payments

We offer a variety of payment options, which will be displayed on the checkout page for your convenience. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available; yet, handling charges apply to this payment mode.

A payment decline can occur due to various reasons. These can include bank server downtime. Other reasons are incorrect payment details or issues with the payment gateway. If your payment fails more than twice, please contact us. We can help you in processing your order using another payment method.

Refunds will not be issued if you placed your order under the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment mode. Additionally, for future orders, we will only accept prepaid payments. Returning COD packages incurs extra costs. We have to retrieve the product from your doorstep back to our warehouse.

We use an OTP-secured delivery system. This ensures that orders are only delivered upon providing the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Delivery delays occur due to various factors beyond our control. For any delay-related concerns, please contact the delivery service agents directly.

We offer an express delivery choice for faster shipping. If needed, you can select this service while checking out to get your order more quickly.

Now, we run as an online-only store, and all orders are shipped to the provided delivery location. We do not offer physical pickup options at this time. But, our efficient delivery service ensures prompt dispatch to all deliverable pin codes in India.

Product & Stock Information

All products, except for pre-orders or back-ordered items, are in stock. They are ready to ship within 24 hours. They can even ship sooner if required. The stock status is clearly marked for each product, and orders are confirmed based on availability at the time of buying

All product images on our website give a precise reference to the actual items. Additionally, we send a product image before dispatch, allowing any discrepancies or required changes to be addressed before shipping.

To get updates when a product is back in stock, simply click the “Notify Me” button below the item. Fill in the required details in the pop-up, and you’ll automatically get a notification as soon as it’s restocked.
